Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Section Head to join our team at OK Job SA. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance practices, focusing on safety, timeliness, first-time right, efficiency, costs, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR).
  • Analyze equipment performance using a plan-do-check-act (PDCA) methodology, identifying key characteristics in collaboration with the process team.
  • Lead 8Ds and task forces as needed, working closely with stakeholders to drive improvement.
  • Manage the technicians team, overseeing safety, organization, staffing, behavior, and team building in a positive social climate.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, developing skills to increase knowledge retention among collaborators and the maintenance team.
  • Maintain and update documentation within our quality system, including procedures, checklists, standards, and norms, as well as information from equipment suppliers.
  • Ensure clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC Front-End organization.
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers, tracking actions and conducting regular interviews to secure continuous support and efficiency for interventions.
  • Provide technical input on new equipment acquisitions and oversee their integration into IC Front-End Operations.
  • Conduct technological watch activities through documentation and exhibitions to improve maintenance efficiency and manufacturing performance.
Requirements:
  • HES/MASTER Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Leadership/Management Training and Certificate.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in Microelectronics, especially in Implant-Metal area.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent language skills: good knowledge of French and English.
  • Strong leadership abilities, driving long-term performance improvement.
  • Problem-solving attitude, organized, and methodical.
  • Proficient in 5S, 8D, FMEA Equipment, FDC (Maestria), and excellent team work & stress management capabilities.
  • Experience in dealing with external suppliers and project management.
