Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Leadership professional to join our team at OK Job SA. This role is responsible for enhancing the preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance of equipment in terms of safety, efficiency, costs, MTBF, and MTTR.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Performance Analysis: Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology by identifying key characteristics in collaboration with the process team.
  • Maintenance Team Management: Manage the technicians team in terms of safety, organization, staffing of shifts, behavior, and team building in a positive social climate.
  • Skills Development: Develop skills to increase knowledge-how in a sustainable manner for each collaborator and the maintenance team.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the quality system, procedures, checklists, standards, and norms, as well as ensure clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC Front-End organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance, especially in microelectronics, particularly in the Implant-Metal area.
  • Leadership/management training and certificate.
  • Excellent language skills in French and English.
Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
