Your Future Role

In Villeneuve, our team of 250 colleagues from 15 countries works together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars. You'll report to Lionel Coffe, Methods, Facility & Planning Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve our goals.

We're looking for someone to:

  • Coordinate the industrial control of Special Processes Bonding and Painting during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty.
  • Design, industrialize, and qualify the product/process pair, as well as industrial means, to be implemented in line with the design and project planning.
  • Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
  • Prepare, train, and support start of production and lead improvement plans.
  • Ensure continuous training and permanent qualification of production teams and support functions linked to painting and bonding.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. You'll need:

  • Strong industrial technical knowledge and practical experience in painting and bonding.
  • An engineering degree in painting, bonding, chemical, or material science, with a recommended background in process engineering and mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Fluency in French and English, with German recommended.
  • Technical knowledge and experience of Methods, industrialization, or Manufacturing Engineering, with a willingness to work on other industrialization activities.
  • Ideal training and qualification as an EWF 517-01 European Adhesive Engineer.
  • A positive mindset, strong team player, and ability to build efficient networks.
  • A willingness to take on or grow into a management position.
