- Lead and shape a team of marketeers, medical education managers, and sales/marketing coordinators across Switzerland and Austria.
- Drive development and implementation of business-centric marketing strategies, leveraging Galderma's IDS, and medical education platforms.
- Manage activities related to product positioning, segmentation, targeting, and branding, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
About You
- Marketing experience with people leadership and budget responsibility.
- Experience in Consumer and Aesthetics sectors, with Prescription experience being desirable, preferably in Dermatology.
- Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, proven learning agility, and a positive attitude.
