Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expansion Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion plan that expands market presence and diversifies revenue streams.
- Market Entry and Expansion: Lead market development and entry strategies to increase and diversify revenue streams.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company's brand presence and messaging.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor direct reports towards achievement of expansion objectives.

Requirements:
