About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Omnichannel Engagement Team, driving the integration and execution of Classic Media, Trade Marketing, and Social Media strategies. As Head of Omnichannel Engagement, you will be responsible for ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels, optimizing the synergy between Stores and eCommerce channels, Classic Media, Social Media, and Trade Marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Omnichannel Engagement Team, driving strategic decisions and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving customer engagement and business growth.
  • Oversee the financial performance of omnichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L accountability.
  • Work closely with Product, Brand, Creative and Marketing, as well as CRM, eCom, Store teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
  • Track the performance of omnichannel initiatives, focusing on key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, and media reach. Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive the holistic analysis of current omnichannel engagement strategies, identifying opportunities for modernization and implementing improvements to enhance the program's appeal and functionality.
Requirements
  • Five years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard.
  • Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, CRM or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in project management as well as execution of marketing / CRM projects.
  • Extensive experience in the conception, introduction and implementation of CRM models and customer segmentation.
  • High level of analytical thinking and expertise with relevant CRM tools.
