Job Purpose
The Data and Analytics Product Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data experts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions that meet the needs of MSC Cruises.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data analytics solutions, leveraging MS SQL and Azure cloud technologies.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve data governance.
- Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in BI and Analytics domain, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions.
- Extensive experience with MS SQL and Azure cloud technologies, with Oracle an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, probability, and impact.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with any additional European language an advantage.
VISA Requirements
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
