We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as a Head of IT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global IT roadmap, ensuring technological advancements support long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and execute the global IT roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget, making decisions regarding resource allocation, technology investments, and cost optimization.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of key IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small IT team, providing mentorship, support, and performance management.
