Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our organization's IT strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, leading IT projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and software systems.
  • Lead and implement key IT projects, including the transformation of our internal CRM system and other digital initiatives.
  • Spearhead ongoing changes to the organization's network infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop solutions to improve data accessibility across the organization, enabling quicker and more informed decision-making.
  • Play a key role in shaping the IT strategy of the organization to support long-term goals.
  • Be a driving force in integrating new technologies to streamline daily operations and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments and regions to ensure IT systems are aligned with the needs of the organization and its global staff.
  • Provide expert IT support and solutions to staff across multiple regions, ensuring that all employees have access to reliable and efficient systems.
  • Propose innovative ideas and continuous improvements to optimize processes and IT services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, respect deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage relationships in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges.
  • Strong team player, able to communicate with colleagues and external partners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Initiative and ability to plan, work autonomously, and work in teams.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Systems: M365, AD, Servers, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with network tools: Firewall, Switches, Routers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in an NGO, international organization, or union context.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement organization-wide IT transformations.
  • Experience with MS Business Central is an asset.
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in English and French is essential.
