Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with medium and large enterprises, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach medium and large enterprises in EMEA
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with our founder and founding account executive to define and execute a daily outreach plan, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Conduct weekly research on companies and prospects to improve messaging and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Learn and demonstrate our product to prospects, highlighting its value proposition and competitive advantage
Requirements

We're looking for a driven and tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales and customer success. Ideally, you have prior experience in a similar role and are eager to learn and grow with our company.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary composed of base salary and commissions (60% base/40% variable), with a range of 50,000 - 80,000 Euros total based on experience
  • Variable compensation based on meetings booked and deals closed, with no cap on potential earnings
  • Stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff, with a 0.1%-0.3% range and additional grants for successful performance
