Business Development Representative for EMEA

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, and other senior executives
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, including their business needs, challenges, and goals
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to showcase Anthropos' value proposition
- Work closely with our founder and founding account executive to define and execute a targeted sales strategy
- Design and execute a daily outreach plan, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research on potential clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
- Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools
We offer a competitive salary, with a base salary and commissions (60% base/40% variable) ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 Euros total based on experience. Additionally, we offer:
- Variable compensation based on meetings booked and deals closed, with no cap on earnings
- Stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff, with a 0.1-0.3% range and additional grants for successful performance
- Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a clear path for advancement to senior roles
