Business Development Representative for EMEA Region

At Anthropos, we're revolutionizing the way companies and individuals build long-term relationships. As an EMEA Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a targeted strategy to engage with medium and large enterprises in the EMEA region
- Design and execute daily outreach activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to pitch our solution and help companies solve their workforce issues
- Work closely with our founder and founding account executive to define an initial targeting strategy and track results and challenges on a weekly basis
- Learn how to effectively communicate and demo our product at Anthropos
We're looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who is tech-savvy, curious, and loves to sell and help customers succeed. Ideally, you have prior experience in a similar role and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
Benefits- Competitive salary composed of base salary and commissions (60% base/40% variable) with a range of 50,000 - 80,000 Euros total based on experience
- Variable compensation based on meetings booked and deals closed, with no cap on earnings potential
- Stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff, with a 0.1%-0.3% range and additional grants for successful performance
- Opportunity to work with a highly motivated team that has previously built and scaled Cloud Academy Inc. to 30M ARR and 250 people
