Business Development Representative for EMEA Region

At Anthropos, we're rethinking how people and companies build long-term relationships. As an EMEA Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this vision.

Your primary goal will be to connect with medium and large enterprises to pitch our innovative solution and help them address their workforce challenges. You'll leverage classic outreach strategies, including calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging, to establish meaningful relationships and drive business growth.

As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our product and customers' priorities, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our solution and lead with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a daily outreach plan, consisting of at least 40 calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Conduct weekly research on companies and prospects to refine your messaging and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with our founder and founding account executive to define targeting strategies and track results
  • Learn how to effectively communicate and demo our product to potential customers
Requirements

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about sales and customer success. Ideally, you'll have prior experience in a similar role and be eager to learn and grow with our company.
