Job Title: Employee Benefits Partner

WIPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Partner to join its Human Resources Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering a broad range of benefits and entitlements, providing advice on related policies, and handling contentious or complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefits and entitlements, ensuring compliance with HR rules and procedures.
  • Provide authoritative advice to HR colleagues on benefits and entitlements, responding to queries from managers and staff.
  • Handle complex cases, analyzing facts and interpreting rules, and convey outcomes to staff.
  • Develop and improve business processes, workflows, and data insights to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR client experience, improve service delivery, and ensure clarity, credibility, and consistency in issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • First-level university degree in human resources management, law, public or business administration, or related field.
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience in human resources management, administration, or a related field, with at least three years in an international organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee benefits in an international organization, preferably within the UN common system.
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.

WIPO offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment. The selected candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract for two years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and other applicable conditions.
