We are searching for a skilled Account Manager (Partner Services Lead) to join our Partner Services team, focusing on delivering exceptional engagement quality to our Forum Partners in the Energy Industries.

About the Opportunity:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Partner Representatives to drive engagement and growth.
  • Deliver tailored engagement plans to address Partner priorities and deepen their engagement in relevant Forum activities.
  • Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and documentation in Forum systems.
  • Monitor Partner news and health, identifying potential risks for engagement and taking corrective action.
  • Lead Partners' event preparation, coordinating logistics and participant experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in account management and business relationship development, with a focus on energy industries. They will possess excellent communication skills, a digital mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
