Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate quotes for the Sales team, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Generate evaluation keys for customers to test our products, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Security, Finance, and Order Management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer portal information, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate the contract signature process for customers and partners, streamlining business operations.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to resolve administrative-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Salesforce data integrity, ensuring a high level of data quality.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established SLAs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience within the IT industry, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • An eye for detail and numbers, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, with a focus on excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • A degree in Business or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in using similar software.
