We are currently seeking an Expert Talent Advisor (MSP Consultant) to join our Client Account Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless recruitment experience to hiring managers within our MSP client's organization. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as you will need to forge relationships with key stakeholders within the client and suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of one day onsite in Neuchatel per week and regular visits to our Zurich HQ office. Fluent English and German or French language proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account and requisition management
  • Key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment policies and procedures
  • Point of contact for escalations and process improvement
  • Management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - Fieldglass
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end-to-end process
  • Effective management and utilization of our in-house recruitment systems, including reporting
  • Executing periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs
