Pour renforcer notre département IT, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e)

Votre Mission

Assurer la disponibilité, la sécurité et la maintenance des systèmes informatiques tant au niveau des serveurs que des postes utilisateurs.

Vos responsabilités
  1. Participer à l'administration du réseau et des systèmes informatiques (Windows, VMware, Sonicwall, M365, etc.)
  2. Surveiller en permanence l'état du système, effectuer des vérifications régulières et résoudre rapidement tout problème pour garantir des opérations fiables et ininterrompues
  3. Répondre aux exigences de cybersécurité dans la mission de support et de supervision de l'environnement IT
  4. Assurer la gestion du parc et le support informatique aux utilisateurs (~60 personnes)
  5. Installer et configurer les PC, imprimantes, smartphones et autres périphériques informatiques
Vos compétences et expériences
  1. Diplôme d'Informaticien.ne ES ou équivalent et spécialisation en support ou en technique des systèmes
  2. Expérience de minimum 5 ans à un poste similaire dans un milieu industriel
  3. Connaissances approfondies dans les domaines suivants : Windows (Server et PC), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS
  4. Compétences en téléphonie ainsi qu'en technologies TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, WAN
  5. Solides connaissances en qualité d'administrateur de l'environnement Microsoft y compris Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, Intune et de VmWare
  6. Capacité à documenter les procédures et configurations
  7. Expérience dans la gestion autonome des demandes de service et des incidents
  8. Compétences en cybersécurité est un plus

  1. Doté(e) d'un esprit analytique, d'une méthodologie de travail précise et orientée service
  2. Vous avez une bonne capacité d'organisation et aptitude à prendre des décisions
  3. Vous valorisez l'esprit d'équipe et la collaboration
  4. Anglais - niveau B2
