Mission and ObjectivesSupport and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. Contribute to daily operations, assist in project implementations, and optimize infrastructure performance with a focus on virtualization, storage, networking.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure components, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize virtualized environments, including servers and storage solutions.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring stability, security, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve second-line infrastructure issues, working closely with IT teams and external partners.
- Participate in infrastructure-related projects by assessing and defining requirements for virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Assist in system updates, patching, and security hardening to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to infrastructure systems and configurations.
- Support IT risk management initiatives by contributing to security and compliance efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
- Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.).
- Experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS, cloud storage).
- Solid understanding of networking (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity principles (endpoint security, identity management, patching strategies).
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and cloud services (Azure, Intune).
- Experience with IT monitoring tools for infrastructure health and performance tracking.
