For our client, we are looking for Expert Talent Advisor (MSP Consultant) who will be supporting one of a major pharmaceutical company and join us in building the team for our MSP client. You would be a part of wider global team of around 23 people.
The MSP Consultant will work as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to the hiring managers with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.
Role is hybrid with minimum 1 days onsite in Neuchatel per week and visiting Zurich HQ office every 2 weeks. Fluent English & German or English & French is required.
You will be responsible for:
- Account and requisition management
- Key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures & best practice to the client
- Point of contact for escalations and process improvement
- Management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - Fieldglass
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
- Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
- Execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs.
