Job Title: Head of Retail

We are seeking an exceptional leader to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watch brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a collaborative, out-of-the-box, and customer-focused mindset across all teams and countries
  • Develop a retail strategy in collaboration with Marketing, focusing on activations and customer engagement
  • Transmit retail competences to sales staff and establish retail standards
  • Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Implement a global retail network strategy and develop a top-tier retail strategy for international markets
  • Identify market opportunities and develop expansion plans, considering distribution, culture, trends, and competition
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of the global retail strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in international luxury retail, preferably in the luxury goods or watches industry
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners
  • Exceptional communicator with analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

Language: English is the primary language for this role, but proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
