**Store Manager Lead Role Overview**
At Gi Group SA, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales or as a sales coordinator, with experience in store management or as an assistant store manager. A customer-oriented and friendly attitude is essential, along with initiative and PR/marketing experience. Proficiency in sales strategy and numbers-oriented skills are also required.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately **€55,000 - €65,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. In addition to a personnel discount on a wide selection of products, we provide opportunities for development and training, contribution to health insurance costs, and the potential for an open-ended contract based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, integrate, and train new employees.
- Inspire team passion for the brand and enhance customer service.
- Support skill development and employment during sales.
- Evaluate performance and development of team members.
**Sales Management:**
- Ensure and monitor team contributions during sales.
- Set and achieve sales goals.
- Boost key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prioritize daily tasks and challenges.
**Brand Presentation and Store Operations:**
- Ensure a safe, tidy, and clean store environment.
- Enhance customer experience through store atmosphere.
- Organize and execute visual merchandising.
- Analyze results and execute plans based on indicators.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator.
- Experience in store management or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Initiative and PR/marketing experience.
- Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
