Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager Lead to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, integrate, and train new employees to ensure seamless onboarding and high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Inspire team passion for the brand by promoting a positive work environment, enhancing customer service, and supporting skill development.
  • Motivate and empower the team to achieve targets by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering open communication.
  • Ensure effective sales management by monitoring team contributions, setting and achieving sales goals, and prioritizing daily tasks and challenges.
  • Lead by example in service and customer care, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a unique purchase experience for customers.
  • Promote a safe, tidy, and clean store environment, enhance customer experience through store atmosphere, and organize visual merchandising.
  • Plan and schedule teamwork, optimize expenditures affecting the operating statement, and ensure compliance with cash register procedures.
  • Monitor and organize material reserves and back office, handle logistical tasks and product flow specifications, and propose stock adjustments based on volume and capacity.
Requirements

To be successful as a Store Manager Lead, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator.
  • Experience in store management or as an assistant store manager.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
  • Initiative and PR/marketing experience.
  • Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
  • Committed to representing the brand.
  • Languages: German and English, any other language is a plus.
