Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their queries and issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Mentorship: Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards in ticket resolution
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align customer service strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer support experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, French and additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and analytical tools
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
