Job Title: Customer Experience Project Leader Export

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Project Leader to join our Export team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead country follow-up on dedicated markets in the EMEA region, gathering market needs and developing strong collaboration with sales, digital, and marketing teams to propose 360 plans.
  • Follow up on dedicated markets' performance, analyzing monthly results and KPIs to identify business needs and improve Conversion and NPS in stores.
  • Coordinate Retail Operations projects and roll out for dedicated markets in the EMEA region, animating and ensuring exchanges of best practices and potential optimizations on retail operations practices.
  • Partner with local Retail Managers, L&D Managers, and HR Managers to elaborate action plans to reduce turnover.
  • Elaborate action plans on training aspects to maximize field people knowledge, competencies, and productivity, building and monitoring a training calendar for the whole year.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in operational marketing (customer experience, marketing required).
  • Fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
  • Business acumen and structured thinking with good analytical skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt in various environments.
  • Comfortable with organizing, planning, and multitasking approaches.
  • Ability to connect and influence with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues across functions in a multicultural environment.
  • Creative, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.
