- Help manage cost-related aspects of strategic projects, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic goals.
- Promote and facilitate the adoption of new methods and practices within the Technology & Operations teams.
- Assist in challenging and refining existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field; experience in wealth management is a plus.
- Exposure to organizational design, cost management, or strategic planning is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Power Point and Excel, with experience in creating reports and presentations.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
