Business Solutions Analyst

Job Description:
Arcondis, a global consulting company specializing in the healthcare and life science industries, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and business teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement IT solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business process owners to understand, document, and analyze business needs, requirements, and processes.
- Design functional solutions to meet business, technical, and CSV requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams, developers, or external vendors to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of IT systems and how they integrate with business processes, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for business partners and technical teams.
- Provide functional advice and support to other IT teams, ensuring smooth system integration and process continuity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive system and process integration improvements.
- Provide regular status reports related to the analysis of business processes and implementation of solutions.
- Contribute to resource planning related to the implementation of IT recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, informatics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a global IT environment.
- Solid overview of IT systems, infrastructure, and their interaction with business processes to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple demands and enhancements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
