Business Partner for People

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner for People & Culture to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our senior leadership team and driving business outcomes through effective talent management and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team on HR-related matters, providing guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications.
- Collaborate with our Head of HR to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong background in talent management and employee relations.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must; German would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in HR systems and tools a plus.
