The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of Support & Project Services on multiple client accounts.

This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure cabling and experience in BAU Support in office and/or data centre environments.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience in office and/or data centre support, as well as experience of service measurement in an ITIL environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as primary interface between ONNEC and the client relating to all operational and financial matters
  • Overall responsibility for the financial and operational performance of contracts
  • Compiling and continuously developing monthly financial reports and analysing and interpreting for presentation to the Operations Manager and the Client
  • Compiling and continuously developing monthly reports on status of all activities on site
  • Compiling and continuously developing detailed reports on achievement of SLA's
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of resource are available at all times and that all resource members are fully aware of the requirements of the service to be delivered
  • Coordination of both internal and client meetings
  • Overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the Onnec Group and the clients Health & Safety Policies across the campus
  • Overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the Onnec Group and the Client's Quality Assurance Policies across the campus
  • Overall responsibility for all deliverables (including documentation) conforming to the Onnec Group and the Client's Quality Management System

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of telecommunications infrastructure cabling, experience of BAU Support in office and/or data centre environments, and supervisory/management experience in office and/or data centre support.

They will also have experience of service measurement in an ITIL environment, experience of financial and operational report writing and analysis, and proven ability to motivate and develop a team.

In addition, they will have experience of delivering a service to contractual requirements and hold relevant qualifications such as ITIL, Prince 2, or BICSi.
