Job Opportunity: Luxury Fashion Brand Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the new opening of a luxury fashion brand in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements and optimize sales.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local market and key stakeholders, with a strong understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: High energy, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for fashion and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English.
