For our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead their sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's set by the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have).
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in English (required) and any additional European language is a plus.

As the Sales Director Plant, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our client's pharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
