Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and providing personalized services to our discerning clientele.

About You
  • You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong interest in hospitality and a desire to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe swimming pool area, including furniture and facilities.
  • Ensure timely resolutions of guests' challenges independently.
  • Provide guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attend to their requests promptly.
  • Clear used towels, glasses, and trash regularly.
  • Monitor the activity of guests and ensure their safety.
  • Be pro-active and out-going, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
