About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Service Ambassador. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of service quality, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will be expected to provide personalized attention, anticipate guests' needs, and exceed their expectations at every turn.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities.
  2. Ensure outstanding customer care by being attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing guests' needs and concerns.
  3. Be a role model and share your expertise with colleagues to inspire them to deliver exceptional service.
  4. Create memorable experiences for guests by providing personalized services, such as arranging activities, recommending local attractions, and offering helpful tips.
  5. Monitor guest activity and ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
  6. Welcoming guests and ensuring their smooth check-in and check-out process.
