Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Check-in: Greet arriving guests in a friendly and efficient manner, checking them in promptly and ensuring they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the guest's stay, providing solutions and apologies when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
