Job Description- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the hotel spa and swimming pool area.
- Provide exceptional customer care and ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Be a role model and share expertise with colleagues to inspire teamwork and excellence.
- Create memorable experiences for our guests by offering personalized services and attention to detail.
- Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe for guests to use.
- Welcome guests and ensure their safety and comfort throughout their stay.
- Provide guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attend to their requests promptly.
- Clear used towels, glasses, and trash from the pool area regularly.
- Monitor guest activity and ensure their safety at all times.
- Be proactive and outgoing in your approach to delivering exceptional service.
- Take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide personalized services to meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Resolve guest challenges independently and efficiently.
- Take responsibility for any aspect of the operational process.
