Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Compliance Manager to oversee quality compliance, facility management, and process-related projects within our Facility Management organization.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and change management processes. As a key member of the FM team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent standards in the quality process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Compliance:
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with quality standards across all facility management operations and FM Projects.
  • Maintain processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the FM Organization through internal and external compliance audit programs and inspections.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and support inspections and audits for EHS compliance.
  • Ensure compliance and alignment with relevant business policies and procedures.
  • Engineering and Projects Support:
  • Interface with the projects team to support solutioning for critical assets and supporting the quality management.
  • Drive continuous improvement through change management processes within the quality management system.
  • Support the oversight of critical assets management and project management for the FM organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, industrial management, or environmental health and safety).
  • Proven experience in quality compliance management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
  • Experience in managing compliance and maintaining inspection readiness.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, change management processes, and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • English (C1), German fluent (the candidate should be able to interact with technicians).
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
