We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Process Engineer* to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge processes and technologies for manufacturing packaging products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing technologies for packaging products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
  • Manage complex projects from inception to market launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Plan and deliver technical work packages, leveraging expertise in process development and manufacturing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pharmaceutical packaging.

Your Ideal Profile

  • University degree in Life Science or Engineering, with a strong foundation in process development and manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in process development for medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of glass or polymer processes, with a strong understanding of equipment and process qualification.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
