Position as Senior Trust Officer

We are seeking an experienced senior trust officer to join our team. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a complex client portfolio, collaborate with managing directors and senior officers on new structures, and maintain strong client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer a complex client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate execution of administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with managing directors and senior officers on new structures, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Draft simple trust deeds and agreements, working closely with external legal counsel.
  • Promote our services and identify new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
What We Seek
  • 8-10+ years of trust administration and client relationship management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, STEP qualification required.
  • Expertise in complex trust and corporate structures, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages a plus.
