**Job Summary**

ZEDRA is seeking a highly skilled Trust Officer to join our team. As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer various entities, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, creation and termination of trusts, and drafting minutes.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including potential client contact and attendance at client meetings with relationship managers.
  • Process expense payments and trust distributions, and monitor and assist with invoice payments.
  • Manage bank-account openings and maintain good relationships with banks and other third parties on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes of boards of directors, and minutes of general meetings, as well as responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
  • Prepare memorandums and notes on specific transactions and important events related to the life of trusts.
  • Set up and onboard new clients in the administration system, document fulfillment for KYC and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)/Exchange of Information (EOI) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) related matters, and prepare closing binders.
  • Identify and report specific risks or risk trends to Senior Management and ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively as part of a team.
  • Fluent level of English required.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar position in the trust industry.
  • Experience in dealing with UK resident and non-domiciled clients would be beneficial.
  • Commitment to high-quality professional service levels and desire to get involved in all elements of the lifecycle of structures and administration.

  • Prior experience in a compliance role.
