Job Summary

Axalta is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the company's global pricing efforts for the Refinish business. As a key member of the Marketing and Commercial Operations Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across all customer segments and product lines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of pricing analysts to ensure effective pricing processes and activities
  • Collaborate with Global Customer Segment Leaders to set and adjust list prices
  • Establish guardrails to support deal-based price decision making
  • Identify and eliminate price leakages, and optimize pricing processes

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in marketing or business, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in high-value specialty materials
  • Proven track record of driving effective pricing positioning
  • Experience managing people, ideally with a global team
  • Robust knowledge of pricing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and travel globally (20% time commitment)
