About the Role

This role supports the digital project manager in implementing compliant digital activities for the promotion of the Michelangelo Foundation and Homo Faber initiatives. The Digital Compliance Coordinator will analyze dataflows, workflows, and business processes to synthesize conclusions and share them clearly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze dataflows, workflows, and business processes.
  • Create detailed documentation based on analysis.
  • Analyze data to provide different metrics and KPIs.
  • Organize, track progress, and perform migration processes.
  • Elaborate compliance and tests plans for developments of websites, applications, and software.
  • Evaluate collaboration of all internal and external parties to ensure delivery of digital projects in due compliance.
  • Organize and run test sessions.
  • Create detailed test session reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Data Analysis or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of process documentation and summary document writing.
  • In-depth understanding of complex processes and ability to represent them using diagrams, schemas, and descriptions.
  • Ability to run test sessions in a software development context.
