In Switzerland, Aon includes Aon Reinsurance, Aon Wealth Solutions and Aon Commercial Risk Solutions, Health & Affinity with around 350 employees in various locations. To strengthen our Switzerland International Wealth team, we are looking for a:
International Retirement Actuary Senior Consultant (m/f)
Key Responsibilities- Design, financing, tax, and ongoing governance of statutory and voluntary retirement (DC and DB) and benefit plans around the world.
- Co-ordination of retirement and benefit issues related to M&A and other business integrations/separations.
- Delivery of global retirement technology solutions.
- Global retirement accounting consolidation.
- Master's degree in applied actuarial science, mathematics, or similar.
- Qualified or close to becoming a qualified actuary in one of the recognized actuarial bodies or associations.
- Relevant experience (5-10 years) in delivering accounting valuations and/or retirement accounting consolidations, retirement and benefits consulting advice to multinational corporations and international organizations, and working in-house for a multinational corporation and being responsible for the design and delivery of regional or global retirement and benefit plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-country team having regard to cultural differences.
- Self-motivated, confident and comfortable seeking advice and guidance when needed.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must; knowledge of German or French will be considered an asset.
