Global Retirement Actuary Consultant

The International Retirement Actuary Consultant works in the EMEA region, focusing on delivering ongoing appointments and developing new projects with multinational corporations and international organizations on various aspects of their DB and DC retirement and other benefit plans throughout the world. Key responsibilities include designing, financing, tax, and ongoing governance of statutory and voluntary retirement and benefit plans, as well as coordinating retirement and benefit issues related to M&A and other business integrations/separations.
This role requires a Master's degree in applied actuarial science, mathematics, or similar, with qualified or close to becoming a qualified actuary in one of the recognized actuarial bodies or associations. Relevant experience (5-10 years) in delivering accounting valuations and/or retirement accounting consolidations, as well as providing retirement and benefits consulting advice to multinational corporations and international organizations, is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, financing, tax, and ongoing governance of statutory and voluntary retirement and benefit plans around the world;
- Coordination of retirement and benefit issues related to M&A and other business integrations/separations;
- Delivery of global retirement technology solutions;
- Global retirement accounting consolidation.
