About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Yakoubi Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various projects related to clients, the firm, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead various internal marketing initiatives to promote the firm's services and expertise.
  • Support the expansion of the firm's private investments arm, including research and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the establishment of new office locations outside of Switzerland, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (entry level)
  • Recent graduates or current students welcome to apply
  • Passion for project management, problem-solving, and driving results
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly accurate
  • Dynamic, adaptable personality with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ideal age up to 30 years old
