Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage LEAN/Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and teams to enhance and streamline existing processes, fostering sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching programs to employees on Lean/CI principles and practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
- Master's degree in Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, Lean manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structurally analyze complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Lean/CI certification and/or experience with SAP (ECC) is an advantage.
- Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
