About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimizing our operations to meet the needs of our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement LEAN/Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Lead and manage CI teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on LEAN/CI methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Lean/ Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
