About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team in Galgenen, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods within our Distribution Center, ensuring timely and efficient execution of orders, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the timely execution of orders, identifying and mitigating any deviations or disruptions
• Lead a team of 3 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field, with specialization in logistics and/or broad experience in a DC and logistics environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Proficiency in SAP and WMS, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
