Administrative Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team as a Strategic Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in the planning and execution of congresses and events, ensuring seamless logistical management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Logistical Management: Coordinate hotel and meeting room research/bookings, food and beverage arrangements, agendas, registrations, shipment and delivery of materials, and coordination with providers.
- Administrative Planning and Support: Proactively plan and execute all administrative tasks related to congress and event organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with external partners and internal functions to ensure seamless planning and execution of congresses and events.
- Deadline Management: Monitor deadlines, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining highly effective administrative systems, reports, and formats.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A commercial degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This role is based in Lachen, Switzerland, and requires occasional travel for congresses and events.
