Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical Management: Coordinating hotel bookings, meeting room arrangements, food and beverage services, and shipment/delivery of materials.
  • Administrative Planning and Support: Proactively planning and executing administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Building strong relationships with external partners and internal functions.
  • Deadline Management: Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Commercial degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
