We are seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to join our team based in Lachen, Switzerland.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance and streamline existing processes, driving sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. You will lead and manage LEAN/Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and teams, ensuring the integration of continuous improvement methodologies into new processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LEAN/CI projects to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and deliver LEAN/CI training and coaching to employees.
  • Support performance management and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop implementation plans with department supervisors/managers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in EMEA and North America to align best practices in the global supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in cosmetics or FMCG industries is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and PowerBI.
  • Lean/Six Sigma and Project/Change Management certifications are an advantage.
  • German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) language proficiency.
